Sig
is a Maine lawyer with broad experience, having worked
on complex multi-million dollar projects for large
businesses, as well as more straightforward projects
for individuals and small businesses.
He
gives careful personal attention to all matters in
which he is involved, promptly returns calls, and
gets results.
When
appropriate he will call on other lawyers at his firm
to match a client's needs with the right expertise.
He
will design a fee arrangement that makes the most
sense for a particular client, be it hourly rate,
flat fee, contingent fee, or some combination.
He
is a graduate of Cornell University Law School (Ithaca,
New York) and Colby College (Waterville, Maine).
Active
in charitable and professional endeavors, he is First
Vice Chair of the Southern Maine Chapter of the American
Red Cross and Chair of the Board's Service Delivery
Committee.He
is the clerk of the Maine Freedom of Information Coalition.
He serves on the Environmental Technology board of
the Maine Technology Institute. He is also a member
of the Maine State and American Bar Associations.
He has authored several articles for the legal profession,
and has been published in the Maine Bar Journal and
the Maine Law Review. He resides in Falmouth with
his wife.
